Shipping Methods
The standard method of shipping purchases from Simplers Botanical Company is UPS ground. Express shipping by FedEx is available at an extra charge. Post Office Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders will be shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail at an additional cost. Internet orders over $50 to destinations in the continental United States will be shipped UPS ground, or USPS priority if needed, free of charge. Ground shipping on orders under $50 is only $4.75.

Please choose "quantity discount" shipping method for free shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping Times
If you place an order by lunch, we will usually ship your order the same day. If you place your order at night, on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it the next business day. UPS delivers to most Northern California locations in one day, most West Coast addresses within two days, but can take up to a week to reach the East Coast.

We make every effort to ship all FedEx orders on the day they are received.

Shipping Costs

If you order more than $50 online and have an address in the continental USA we will pay for the cost of ground shipping. You must enter "quantity discount" for your shipping method to receive free shipping. This offer is valid on internet orders only.

If you choose to order using the telephone, shipping charges start at $6.50 and ground shipping is free on orders over $200 to USA customers.
