Customer Returns
Thank you for supporting Simplers Botanical Company. We work hard to be sure you are delighted with the quality of our products. If you have a problem with your order, or any of our products, we want to make it right. We stand behind all our products.

Simple Guarantee
We guarantee our products to be pure and authentic.

Online Store Purchases
If you have purchased a Simplers Botanical Company product from our online store and receive an incorrect or damaged shipment please contact us at: office@simplers.com or call 1.800.652.7646. If we have made an error we will make it right at no cost to you.

If you change your mind and wish to return like new unopened products to Simplers Botanical Company within 30 days of purchase we do not charge a restocking fee. However, we need a copy of the original invoice and you must pay the return shipping.

Retail Store Purchases
If you have purchased a Simplers Botanical Company product from a retail store and are not satisfied, please return the product (along with the receipt) to the store where you made the purchase. We do not give refunds for items purchased in retail locations.

If your place of purchase does not accept returns and you feel that the product is not up to Simplers high standards you can ship it to us (at your cost) within 30 days of purchase and we will consider a replacement. This is not a guarantee of replacement. Please include a copy of the original receipt and our return form as well as your concerns about the quality.

Wholesale Returns
For stores selling Simplers Products, we honor your return policy for customer returns. Include the Simplers Return Form with your return to insure you get credit. Please make sure the products are properly-packed and will not be damaged during shipping. We will issue a credit upon receipt.

If you wish to return products due to overstock or a change in product selection, full credit is dependant on the condition of the product upon receipt. Returned products received in sellable condition within 30 days of ordering will be issued full credit. Product held longer than 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please include the Simplers Return Form to insure you get credit.
